Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURNS: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any seals must be unbroken. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Prior to returning a product for a refund or exchange, contact us by email at info@hingesa.co.za. We will email you instructions for processing your return.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your cred card or original method of payment. Please allow two weeks for the refund to be credited to your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: If you haven’t received a refund that has been approved within two weeks, first check your bank or credit card account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time after we have approved the refund before it is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@hingesa.co.za.
SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they were defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at info@hingesa.co.za. We will send you an email with instructions for processing your exchange.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE SHIPPING: To return your product, you should mail your product to Roodepoort Plot 62/63, Bela-Bela, 0480. Be sure to email us prior to shipping the product. This will ensure that your return or exchange is processed most efficiently. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
